1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Muslim Flow (“the app”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree please don’t use the app.

2. What the app does

Muslim Flow helps you reduce distracting app usage and stay consistent with worship (prayer Quran and azkar) using Apple’s Screen Time features along with task and habit tools. The app is provided to help you build better habits. It is a tool and not a substitute for your own judgment.

3. Eligibility

Muslim Flow is suitable for all ages. If you are a minor under the age of legal majority where you live you should use the app with the permission and guidance of a parent or guardian.

4. Your account

  • Signing in is optional and uses Sign in with Apple. You’re responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure.
  • You’re responsible for the content of the tasks rules and data you create in the app.

5. Subscriptions & purchases

  • Some features may require a paid subscription or one time purchase processed through the Apple App Store.
  • Subscriptions auto renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
  • Prices and what’s included may change. We’ll communicate material changes. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer tamper with or attempt to bypass the app’s security or the Screen Time integration in ways that violate law.
  • Use the app to break any applicable law.
  • Misuse our servers (e.g. automated abuse or attempting unauthorized access).

7. App blocking: important notice

The app’s blocking relies on Apple’s Screen Time and Family Controls. We make no guarantee that blocking is unbypassable or that it will work flawlessly in every iOS version or situation. Do not rely on Muslim Flow for safety critical purposes. You remain responsible for your own device use.

8. Intellectual property

The app its design brand (including the name “Muslim Flow”) and content are owned by Suliman Alsuliman or its licensors. Quranic text azkar and other religious content are reproduced for personal devotional use. You get a personal non transferable revocable license to use the app.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted error free or that data sync will never fail. Keep your own copies of anything important.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Suliman Alsuliman is not liable for indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app including lost data or missed worship and tasks. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the prior 12 months.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app anytime and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We’ll update the “Effective date” above.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without regard to conflict of laws rules.
